1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the bodk platform ("bodk", "we", "our") and the registered user ("you", "member"). By visiting the bodk website bodk.cam or creating an account, you fully accept these Terms.

1.2 Right to Modify Terms

bodk reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on bodk, you must meet the following conditions:

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, bodk reserves the right to suspend or cancel all such accounts and forfeit any associated winnings. 2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bodk may request identity verification documents at any time when necessary, which may include: National ID card, passport, driving licence or any government-issued ID. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal requests being held or the account being suspended.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on bodk using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bodk does not charge any service fee on deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the deposit method. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. After receiving the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total amount including the bonus must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The following applies to meeting wagering requirements:

• Wagering is calculated on the basis of deposit + bonus × 10.
• Some games may contribute partially to wagering calculations.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

The bodk VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback applicable at each tier:

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to higher VIP tiers depends on continued participation and loyalty. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, coordinated betting or the use of other dishonest methods is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bodk platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Manipulation, fraud or deceptive activity.
• Use of automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using or accessing another user's account.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
